Parents’ Guide – Swift Apps

To make sure you can enjoy Swift Apps games in a safe and controlled environment, we stick to a clear set of principles that’ve served our game players. Please see below basic principles below.

1. Age limits

The age limit may vary depending, which Swift Apps game was chosen. Wolf Simulator is offered to people who are at least 13 years old. You can get more details on our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy pages. Please note: You can find published age recommendations on both Google Play and Apple’s App Store on iTunes. However, these age or maturity classifications refer only to the content in our games (similar to movie ratings G, PG or PG-13 in the U.S., but related to gameplay, animations, etc.). For more on how these categories are defined, visit these support websites for Apple and Google.

2. Safety group chat

Many of our gamers love interacting with one another through group chat in our games. We make our best effort to maintain a harmless and secure environment for this. We display regular warnings against sharing personal information and we might restrict access to our games for users, who spread or create content relating to violence, pornography, sexual, racial, ethnic, cultural or religious discrimination, promote alcohol, drugs or other forbidden substances, violate moral, social or ethic norms. If you see any abuse please report it to us: support@swiftapps.pl

3. Turning off in-app purchases

All of our games are free to download. Please note however that our games also offer entirely optional purchases of special features, virtual in-game items together with virtual currency, or other goods. These purchases are never required to play the game, but can be used to enhance some elements of gameplay. Purchases are paid for with real money, and are always clearly labeled as such. They’re accessible “in game”, meaning that the options to make a purchase are found within the game itself. Important: You can easily manage the ability to make purchases, adjust password protection settings, or disable purchases entirely through your mobile device’s general settings. The way to do this depends on whether you’re using an Apple iOS device, like an iPhone or an iPad, or a Google Android device.

Additionally, please note that items bought in our games are non-refundable. If you are looking for a refund of the purchase, which was made by your child please check Apple and Google support sites:

Furthermore, if you or your child have never played one of our games, but suspect that there’s been fraudulent transaction activity on your account, then you should immediately contact Apple (for iOS devices) or Google (for Android devices), who control the transaction process.

4. Any abuse – please contact Swift Apps!

If you have any questions regarding children access to our games or you noticed any abuse of other users of Swift Apps games please send us an e-mail with adequate detail of your request: support@swiftapps.pl and we will make reasonable efforts to give you all necessary information or to take sensible steps.
